What is your production time?
Once your design is agreed and you have approved the sample product, production usually takes 3 – 4 weeks. Some products may take a little longer depending on the complexity of the design. We will advise you of this at the time of order confirmation, and you’ll be kept up to date throughout the whole process.
Do I need to design my scarves?
Not at all! You can use your own designs, or we offer a free design service too. Our experienced design team will put together several options for you to consider based on your brief. All designs are individually tailored to customer requirements – no two designs are the same! If you are providing your own designs, we require the artwork as editable Vector files with Pantone / PMS codes.
